Dryden Police are charing a 15 year old boy with assualt and breach of probation.
Police received a call from an Eagle Drive resident that a teenager had unsuccessfully tried to push his way into her house to get alcohol.
On their way police received a second call that the same teen tried to break into a car and assaulted the owner of the vehicle.
Nearby residents helped the injured man and held the suspect on the ground until police arrived.
The owner of the vehicle was taken to hospital for a fractured jaw.
The teenager is in custody until his bail hearing on June 25th.
