A vote will be held October 12th in hopes of ending the strike by unionized workers at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in Thunder Bay and Sudbury.
A tentative contract was reached Monday, following 18-hours of marathon talks.
Roughly 150-OPSEU members including administrative, office, clerical, technical and service workers have been off the job since August.
No details on the agreement will be publicly released until after the vote.
The union says the picket signs will stay up until an agreement is ratified.
