Terry Fox Run Being Hailed A Success!

This year’s Dryden Terry Fox Run is in the books!
Organizer Mike Sveinson says he was pleasantly surprised.
About 120-people, including runners and volunteers, showed up on Sunday, bringing in roughly $3,500 which will go towards cancer research.
The original goal was $2,000, but Sveinson says by the time the final numbers are accounted for, it should be more like $4,000.
While this was Sveinson’s first year organizing the event, he says next year he is passing it off to Kayla Gadd.
