Testing Well Water

The Northwestern Health Unit is still asking local homeowners who draw
their water from wells to get it tested.
This summer, high uranium samples turned up in several samples of
well water.
Spokesperson Peter North says many wells go untested for long periods
of time and notes water should be checked several times a year.
Water testing kits are available at all Health Unit offices.
