Thanksgiving is here and Health Canada wants to make sure the food you are serving won’t make your guests sick.
Since it’s tradition to serve poultry during the fall holiday, Health Canada has released a set of guidelines on how to properly cook and store your fowl.
The basic rules are to clean, separate, cook and then chill your food to stop cross contamination in your kitchen.
