The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is studying the viability of Hudson Public School.
Director of Education Dave McLeod says its not necessairly an indication the board will shut down the school and notes its a standard practise.
McLeod says the board will seek public input for the next 2 months with a final report to trustees expected by the spring.
There are 125 students enrolled this year at Hudson Public.
