Questions have surfaced surrounding Richard Brozinski, the former Coach of the Sioux Lookout Flyers, who suddenly resigned.
CKDR has learned that Brozinski went by another name and was caught by the Club and the SIJHL.
Research shows he also went by the name of Richer Lapointe.
Lapointe was the owner of a Hardware store in Quebec that hired schoolgirl killer Karla Homolka.
Lapointe made National headlines in 2005 when he secretly taped Homolka talking about breaking conditions of her release from prison.
He was put in the spotlight when he released the audio recordings to police.
At the same time, Lapointe was facing charges of his own, including sexual assault.
Officials with the Flyers have yet to comment on Brozinski’s alleged past and whether that played a role in his sudden departure from the SIJHL team.
CKDR has not been able to reach Brozinski for comment.
