Theft At Sioux Lookout Area Campground

Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout are investigating the theft of fishing equipment at a campground on Highway 72.

Police say between July 14th and 15th, someone used tools and removed a number of items from a parked Crestliner 1859 boat.

OPP say a Minn Kota I Pilot Electric Trolling motor was stolen (Serial #: WW8H2548530), along with two GLC marine batteries and a Hummingbird 798 Fish Finder.

The total value of the equipment is roughly $4,000.
