The entire region is in store for a major storm with freezing rain overnight and heavy wet snow tomorrow.
CKDR Meterologist Bill Laidlaw says they system should arrive around midnight tonight.
Laidlaw says we should recieve up to 10-centimetres of snow on Friday.
He notes a cold front and Colorado low are swinging northeast into our area.
Laidlaw is expecting several highway closures throughout the day Friday and says travel isn’t recommended.
