Three teens face charges after they were stopped by Dryden Police on West River Road early Saturday morning.
Officers originally stopped the driver for speeding.
Police charged the three for underage drinking and the driver was issued a suspension for having a blood alcohol limit of more than 0.
One of the teens was arrested for breaking the conditions of a previous court order.
