This past weekend, Fiona Cook participated in the USA Cup soccer tournament in Blaine, MN with the U12 girls Thunder Bay Chill team.
They were placed in the top flight this year based upon their previous ranking in the tournament.
They ended round robin play with a win, tie and a loss putting them in the consolation finals.
In the consolation game they played to a 0-0 draw at the end of regular time.
They played 2-5 minute halves and then to penalty kicks.
They ended up winning 4-2 in penalty kicks.
