Thunder Bay Garnering all the Local Attention

It appears all three Federal party leaders believe they can take the Riding of Thunder Bay-Rainy River in the May 2nd election.
Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff is expected to make an appearance in Thunder Bay on Monday, becoming the last of the main leaders to visit the City.
NDP Leader Jack Layton will make a speech tonight, while Conservative Stephen Harper spent Monday night and Tuesday morning in the Lakehead.
The visits come during the release of a Conservative report obtained by the Toronto Star listing 30 National Riding’s that could be up for grabs.
The Thunder Bay Riding was not mentioned in the report, but the Kenora Riding made the top 30 list.
There have been no high profile visits to the Kenora Riding during the election campaign and so far nothing has been scheduled by all 3 parties.
