A Thunder Bay man has been fined by the MNR for trespassing to hunt.
In October 2014, Ministry of Natural Resources Conservation Officers were called about a deer being shot on a private property.
While investigating, the conservation officers determined that Eric Scocchia had shot the deer on a property near Pass Lake.
As a result Scocchia has been fined $750 and had his firearm seized.
The deer was also seized by the MNR.
