Thunder Bay Man Charged

A Thunder Bay resident will stand trial on charges he tried to get an associate to kill two nightclub owners.
Peter John Manduca was charged yesterday with two counts of counselling to commit murder.
Manduca is described as a member of the local Hells Angels motorcycle gang.
He also faces five drug-related charges in connection with a February raid on 10 Hells Angels location.
