The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers union is applauding the restart of AbitibiBowater’s Thunder Bay operation.
National CEP rep Marvin Pupeza says union concessions helped

AbitibiBowater shut down the Thunder Bay mill’s number four and five paper machines on August 21st, putting 360 people out of work.
The company blamed low demand for its decision.
