A 66 year old Thunder Bay man has been charged under the Reopening Ontario Act.
OPP found the man hosting a gathering of 23 people inside a Shuniah residence on Sunday.
The man has been fined $880 and is charged with hosting an event at a residential premise that exceeds the number of people allowed.
