Thunder Bay residents are speaking against crime in the City.
Over 200 residents lit up the south side of Thunder Bay last night in memory of Brandi Wingert and other victims of violent crime.
McKellar Ward Councillor Paul Pugh attended and says gathering as a community is a good step towards healing.
Entire families took part in the march saying they wanted to show their respect to Brandi’s family.
