Thunder Bay’s 10th murder victim of 2014 is a 51-year-old immigrant from El Salvador who has been living in Thunder Bay since the 1990’s.
Police say that the body of Rene Sortolovo was found in his North Marks Street home on Sunday night. A
n autopsy shows he died of foul play, but police are not releasing the cause of his death.
They say he did not have any run-ins with the law.
They say they are canvassing the area for more information.
