Dryden Public Works has announced the suspension of upgrades to Thunder Lake Road.
The City says it has been forced to delay surface treatment work until the Spring of 2019.
Officials blame abnormal low temperatures and increased amount of precipitation over the last couple of months as well as the availability of the Contractor.
Both parties have reviewed the weather forecast and have decided to hold off until next year to ensure the best quality work possible.
Officials say they will make every effort to reduce the impact of temporary conditions.
