Charges are pending following a crash on Sandy Beach Rd around 10 last nite.
Police say a 1998 Firebird driven by Troy McLelland of Dryden went out of control & hit a rock cut not far from the ball diamonds.
A passenger, Kyle Wetelainen was ejected by the impact & suffered serious injuries.
Officials think speed was a factor.
