The holiday season can be a stressful time of the year, from shopping and entertaining family to budgeting for gifts.
Jennifer Grace teaches transformation at Stanford University, she says one way of reducing stress is to live in the moment.
Grace says a technique that is helpful is called 5-4-3-2-1, where you find five things in the room, touch four different objects, listen for three different sounds, smell two different things.
She says it helps you utilize your senses which gets you out of your head and back into the present moment.
