It wasn’t home advantage on Friday night as both the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and English River Miners fell hard.
The Dogs were dominated in a 6-1 decision.
Anthony Filoso and Cole Golka scored for the Ice Dogs.
Dryden GM ended up out shooting Fort Frances 31-27, with a majority of the shots coming when the game was already in doubt.
The Miners fell to Minnesota 5-1.
Alex Maticic recorded the only goal for the Miners.
The Iron Rangers outshot English River 53-26.
English River is off Saturday while the Ice Dogs entertain the Iron Rangers at 7:30 at the Memorial Arena.
