A special Town Hall meeting will be held later this month to discuss
the crisis in the forest industry and its impact on Dryden.
Weyerhaeuser, the City and the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers
Union will host the forum on July 19th at the Auditorium.
City Manager Arie Hoogenboom says the meeting came about after the
Province failed to act on the recommendations contained in the forest
council report.
