The Energy East Pipeline project has been stalled.
TransCanada has announced it’s delaying the project by two years.
The company will not be building a marine and associated tank terminals at Cacouna, Quebec.
It’s now reviewing its options.
Officials say the change in scope and schedule of the $12-billion project means a planned start-up date of 2020.
