Grand Council Treaty Three is joining the chorus of others to lobby for an end to drinking water problems on First Nations communities.
Over 90 aboriginal communities and organizations have attached their name to a letter asking the federal party leaders to pledge $470-million annually over the next ten years to improve water and wastewater treatment systems.
Officials note there are 162-drinking water advisories in place across the country, with 118-First Nations impacted.
