The Federal Government wants to turn abandoned treeless
farms into possible Kyoto air emission credits.
Tim Gray is a spokesperson for the Trees Ontario
Foundation, and says the Government picks up 75 percent of
the projects tab.

Gray adds interested applicants must have land that has
been fairly bare for the past 15 years.
Other rules and guidelines include allowing researchers
onto the private property, and maintaining for at least a
decade.
