Trial Date Set for McGillvray

A trial date has been set in Dryden for Bob McGillvray.
Judge Peter Bishop Monday ordered a trial for February 28th.
McGillvray wasn’t present during the proceeding and has yet to enter a plea.
McGillvray faces 11-prohibited weapon charges stemming from a December 2010 arrest.
He is set to appear in a Brandon, Manitoba court on 66-similar charges in late January.
He pleaded not guilty in that case.
