The trial for suspended Thunder Bay Police Chief JP Levesque starts Monday in Superior Court.
He’s facing charges of breach of trust and attempting to obstruct justice, after court documents allege he disclosed confidential information concerning Mayor Keith Hobbs.
The trial will be by judge only and is expected to take two weeks.
