Trial to Resume Next Week

The trial of a Devlin area man, who is facing numerous charges in connection with making, possessing and distributing obscene material, will continue next week.
Don Smith was originally charged in October 2000.
The Crown has called several witnesses in the case including OPP investigators and a pyschiatrist specializing in sexual deviance.
The trial is scheduled to resume Tuesday at the Fort Frances courthouse.
