Dryden Police have arrested and charged a 21-year-old man with uttering a forged document and breach of probation.
Police learned that the accused attended a local pharmacy on Tuesday with an altered prescription.
Police say he was trying to obtain a large number of prescription narcotics.
Staff became suspicious and alerted police.
Police say Jeremy Moore of Dryden will appear in Court on March 30th.
