Trout Fest Draws Mixed Acts and Great Crowds

They came with tents and RV’s, some in old buses and some in the newest cars. Ear Falls played host to the 18th annual Trout Forest Music Festival this past weekend and despite some spotty rain, the weekend was a roaring success. An eclectic group of musicians performed on three stages, artisans sold their wares from tents and bannock burgers vied with perogies and poutine from food vendors. Organizers say the weekend was a success – and the planning for “Troutfest 2014” is already underway.
