TSB Out With List Of Recommendations

Transport Canada is being asked to implement three recommendations stemming from an investigation into a fatal plane crash in North Spirit Lake in 2012.
Transportation Safety Board of Canada Spokesperson Peter Hildebrand says they are asking for crew management training for all commuter pilots as well as implementing a strategy to reduce the risk of major fires following a crash.
Hildebrand is also calling for the installation of flight recording systems on board all small commercial aircraft.
Four people died in the crash.
