Two Eagles Recognized By Football League

A big win against the Fort Frances Muskies on Friday has payed off for two Dryden Eagle players.
The Winnipeg High School Football League has named Braydon Hansson Offensive Player of the Week and Bryan Johnson Special Teams Player of the Week.
Hansson tied a league record with 5-touchdowns and rushed 20-times for 243-yards in a 35-13 win over Fort Frances on the weekend.
With a 2-point conversion, Hansson also broke Byron McKenzie’s 24-year-old DHS single game scoring record.
Johnson recorded 5-kickoffs for 185 yards.
He also had 5 punts with a 31 yard average, 3 converts, and a single point.
