A 23-year-old man is in trouble with the law after he lashed out at Dryden Police.
Officers approached Roderick Land on Casimir Avenue Thursday afternoon to arrest him for breaching release conditions.
Police say as he was being handcuffed, he spun around and punched one of the officers in the face.
Land took off running but was later picked up at Lions Park.
Police say while Land was being placed in a police cruiser he kicked another officer.
He has been charged with 2-counts of assault of police, one count of resisting arrest and breach of an undertaking.
