A close call Thursday afternoon on the Dryden Overpass.
City Police were called after a teen was found over the railing with fears she would jump.
Police say two people passing by managed to pull her to safety before tragedy struck.
The teen is now in care for treatment.
Police say she was intoxicated.
Police are expressing their gratitude to the two individuals for stepping in and possibly saving a life.
