Two aids of former Premier Dalton McGuinty now face criminal charges following an investigation into allegations of wrongdoing in connection with the deletion of emails relating to the gas plant scandal.
One of them is 63-year-old David Livingston, who was the Chief of Staff for McGuinty.
The other is 36-year-old Laura Miller, the former Deputy Chief of Staff.
They are both charged with breach of trust, mischief and the misuse of a computer system to commit mischief.
Police say the charges were laid following a complex investigation.
