The CN Rail subway underpass in Fort Frances was closed this morning by the OPP.
Police say the structure was closed at 5:30 this morning because of a water main break and mudslide.
Meanwhile the Victoria Avenue crossing was opened, but for emergency vehicle use only.
There is a representative from CN at the crossing ensuring that only emergency vehicles use the Victoria crossing.
All other traffic must go west to McIrvine Avenue and cross the tracks there.
