Unexpected Drug Bust In Sioux Lookout

It started out as a mischief investigation in Sioux Lookout but it resulted in a drug bust.

Provincial Police were dispatched to a report of a man breaking into vehicles in the Seventh Avenue area last Friday.

After his arrest, officers searched the accused and found a bag of a crystallized substance believed to be Methamphetamine.

One at the police station, another 60 bags and 5 wrapped pieces of plastic were found containing the same substance.

The value of drugs is an estimated $4,000.

Police say 19-year-old Tyler Mitchell of Winnipeg faces three charges.
