Unifor says it’s will look at its legal options after Gingrich Woodcraft let all of its employees go, just days after they agreed to join the union.
The dismissal happened after a staff meeting Monday.
Union rep. Stephen Boon says the company argues because of its faith, it would not be able to work in a unionized environment.
Boon says the union is now exploring possible legal options.
