Conciliated talks will begin Monday for 550 Unifor members at the Domtar Mill in Dryden.
The union is looking for a new contract for its 225 maintenance, production and office employees and over 325 log harvesting, chipping and trucking workers.
Talks between the two sides came to a halt in late January.
Local National Representative Stephen Boon says they hope talks are successful but notes there could be a potential strike as early as May 8th.
Ten days of talks have been scheduled.
