A pleasant surprise for Northwestern Ontario residents as Union Gas has adjusted its annual rates.
Spokesperson Elizabeth Havelock says customers will see their heating
bills drop by more than 10%.

Havelock says a drop in transportation rates as well as the cost to
purchase gas played a factor in their decision.
