Land Claim Deal Approved

Members of Rainy River First Nations have voted to approve an historic
land claim settlement.
The agreement was reached earlier this year between Federal, Provincial
and Band officials.
It gives the First Nations more than $70-million in compensation
and more than 186 square kilometres of land.
