Unscheduled Landing in Thunder Bay

A medical emergency on an Air Canada flight from Winnipeg to Toronto forced an unscheduled landing in Thunder Bay this morning. (Tuesday)
Airport Manager Scott McFadden says there was a sick passenger on board that needed immediate attention.
McFadden says the elderly man was met by paramedics and taken to the Health Science’s Centre.
The Airbus A-319 landed at the airport at about 10 o’clock and left half an hour later.
