Upsula Area Death

OPP are searching for the body of a 56-year-old North Dakota man north of Upsula.
Police say the American tourist was fishing with his brother on Brightsands Lake, when their boat capsized during a violent thunderstorm Tuesday.
OPP say both men managed to cling to the boat, however the victim slipped beneath the surface before help could arrive.
OPP are searching for the body with the aid of a helicopter.
