The Member of Parliament for the Kenora Riding is skeptical the new Accountability Act drafted by the Harper goverment will prevent future scandals.
The bill was introduced in the House of Commons yesterday and at 600 pages is believed to be one of the largest pieces of legislation ever drafted.
Roger Valley says while the concept is good, it can’t prevent people from breaking the law.
