Value-Added Funding

The McGuinty Liberals are spending $600,000 to
capitalize on the value-added woods industry in Northern Ontario.
The Government says expanding the industry will lead to future
investment, growth and new employment opportunities in the forest sector.
Studies will be completed to evaluate the potential for value-added
wood products and 2 industry advisors will be hired in Kenora and Hearst
to deliver services.
