Northern Medical Bursary

The Ontario Government has unveiled a $5-million bursary program
for Northern Medical students.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Rick Bartolucci says the new
Northern Ontario School of Medicine will improve health care locally and the bursaries will be available to students from rural areas who attend classes.
The school will open this fall at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay
and Laurentian University in Sudbury.
