Construction of a new laminated post and beam manufacturing facility
for Wabigoon Lake and Eagle Lake First Nation’s could get off the ground
this spring.
Project Spokesperson James Kroeker says they are hoping to get an
answer on wood supply from the Province by March.
Kroeker says 100-jobs could be created in the area.
He notes they have made arrangements to sell their product to
Japan.
