Van Horne Avenue, from Duke Street to Victoria Street, will be open to traffic starting at 6 p.m tonight (Friday, September 18).
However, restoration work on sidewalks and boulevards will continue in this area over the next few weeks.
Public Works asks drivers and pedestrians to be aware of construction signs that may be in place for public safety and to protect workers during this final stage of the project.
