Veteran MP Stops in Kenora

It could be another year or so before we head to the polls again for a Federal election.
Bill Blaikie is the longest serving member of the NDP and he toured the Region Tuesday.
Blaikie believes his party is ready to make a break through in the polls.
He says he doesn’t think the Opposition is ready to push for an election this Fall and says the Harper Government doesn’t seem ready to pull the plug either.
Blaikie says he won’t be running in the next election.
